A. 14-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Final Sale orders cannot be returned, store credited, or exchanged.


B. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, read carefully through our Refund policy on this page to unnderstand if your order is eligible for a return. If your return is accepted, you may use a pre-paid label that will be deducted from your total return provided through our customer service ($7.00 fee) or you may use a return label from your preferred carrier. If you're return is accepted please ship the items back to our logitic center at: 11 SW 12th Ave, Suite 105, Dania Beach FL 33004. To: Paradise USA. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

*Please make sure to put your full name, phone number, email address and preferbly your order number on the label for our customer service team to track your order most efficiently.


C. REFUNDS

Refunds are only available for full-amount purchases. If you purchase with a discount, you may receive store credit. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. To start a return, follow the step by step instructions above. 


D. STORE CREDIT

If you purchase with a discount, you may receive store credit. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you will receive store credit. To ask for a store credit, follow the step by step instructions here:

2) Ship the products back to us at:  11 SW 12th Ave, Suite 105, Dania Beach FL 33004. To: Paradise USA.

3) Allow our logistic team to inspect your items, this could take 1-3 days. Once we are done inspecting the items, we will reach out to you and let you know with our finding, if we found that your items are complying with our return policy. We will process your refund/exchange and you will get an email confirmation from our system. 


E. EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please reach out to our customer service at: shopparadiseusa@gmail.com


F. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


G. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.


H. FINAL SALE

Final Sale orders are not eligible for a return, store credit or exchange.
